ENVIRO-DENT is an Extra Oral Dental Suction Unit developed for Dentists, to deal with the Covid-19 challenge. Designed to have a filtration efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 ยต (micron) particles, guarantee 100% leak-proof filtration, to ensure safe recycling of air inside conditioned room as well as to keep the aerosols, from the patient away from the Orthodontist. Unlike many other similar machines, ENVIRO-DENT has a TRUE HEPA made up of micro-fine glass fibre filter media.

The suction unit is made of 5 mm high strength PP sheet, welded construction, to ensure strength and corrosion resistance. Each unit is equipped with a 500 cmh centrifugal fan and a rigid but flexible suction duct 70 mm diameter with a transparent hood attached for the suction of aerosols and other contaminants. ENVIRO-DENT is carefully designed to meet the needs of an extra oral suction considering all risks associated with pandemic situation. The special hydrophobic Pre-filter prevents water particles going to the HEPA thus enhancing life of the HEPA Filter. The TRUE HEPA, made up of micro-fine glass fibre filter media, delivers absolute efficiency throughout the life of the filter, unlike electro-statically charged synthetic media HEPA. ENVIRO-DENT unit implements a special technology of fixing filter to ensure 100% leak free operation of the HEPA so that no air bypasses this filter. Each suction unit is having a sterilization chamber, below the HEPA Filter, which destroys the pathogens collected in the HEPA, utilizing a high quality UV-C lamp. Being mobile the unit can be moved from one place to another.
